Mental Health & Wellbeing at Greasby Infant School
 
The children's wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at our school. We love to see the children enjoy their time with us and thrive in all areas. To ensure this happens, we ensure that we provide a happy and healthy environment in which the children can learn at their own pace. 
 
At times, the children need support dealing with their emotions; therefore, we provide the children with a range of opportunities and tools to encourage positive wellbeing.
Some of these include:
  • physical exercise (including Cosmic Kids Yoga - Youtube).
  • being outdoors
  • listening and dancing to music
  • eating a balanced diet
  • drawing and painting
  • being with their friends
  • doing something that will make them laugh
  • meditation.
